MATERIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of property law in the law of intellectual property. The problem of correlation of property and personal non-property rights of intellectual property is analyzed. The article attempts to comprehensively investigate the content of property rights for intellectual property objects by analyzing the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine. It was revealed that the property rights of intellectual property for inventions, utility models, industrial designs are the core of the legal protection of these objects and require an optimal regime for the protection of intellectual property.
