THE FORMS OF ADDICTION AFFECTING CIVIL LEGAL CAPACITY OF A NATURAL PERSON

Abstract
The article discusses the possible reasons for restriction of civil capacity of a natural person, the examples of factors that negatively affect the behavior of a person and cause serious financial situation of the family are given. It suggested that, in addition to the abuse of alcohol, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues, there are other forms of dependency or addiction which negatively affect the behavior of the person, make him dependent and as a result, his family gets into the plight. These types of addictions are gambling, collecting, spendthrifting, undue risks in business, Internet addiction, bigotry, shopaholism (oniomania), and etc. We used the formal-logical method, as well as methods of theoretical and empirical analysis. The study author obtained some conclusions on the improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
