CONTRACTUAL MECHANISM FORMATION STAGES OF UKRAINIAN-CHINESE STRATEGIC COOPERATION REGULATION

Abstract
The article deals with the contractual mechanism formation stages for regulation of relations between Ukraine and the People’s Republic of China on the way from the foundations of recognition and diplomatic relations establishment towards the actual implementation of strategic cooperation. The evolution specificity of the normative-legal base is examined by analyzing the provisions of bilateral agreements. A critical review of some norms from different international agreements and their interpretation is presented.
