REALIZATION OF ABSOLUTE PERSONAL NON-PROPERTY RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS

Abstract
The article deals with problematic issues concerning the realization of personal non-property rights of individuals. The analysis of theoretical positions, expressed in the scientific literature, and legal norms of the current legislation concerning realization of personal non-property rights was done. It has been established that the specificity of realization of personal non-property rights of an individual is determined by their substantive essence and the peculiarity of these rights. It is concluded that personal non-property rights are inseparable and inalienable from the individual, therefore their implementation in the framework of contractual relationship is excluded. These rights can not be alienated or otherwise transmitted on the basis of a civil contract.
