Abstract
In the article the outlined features of correlation of legal categories “administrative activity” and “state administration”. Separate directions of activity of public government bodies are considered in relation to realization of mechanism of the state. Maintenance of administrative activity of public government bodies is exposed in the field of providing of rights and freedoms of persons with disability.
