REALIZATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF DECENTRALIZATION OF POWER IN UKRAINE

Article is devoted to history of state power decentralization in Ukraine is reviewed. The local self-governing as key subject of power decentralization is characterized, subsidiary principle is disclosed. The problems related to realization of state power decentralization, in particular, domestic and foreign experience.
