LEGAL REGULATION OF THE AGRICULTURAL LAND MARKET UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE AND GREAT BRITAIN

Abstract
This article provides a comparative analysis of legal regulation of the market of agricultural land under the laws of Ukraine and Great Britain. The objects of comparative legal research is the concept and the legal nature of the land market and legislative regulation of the market of agricultural land under the laws of Ukraine and Great Britain. Determined ideas, principles and specific regulation of agricultural land market in Great Britain, which provided an appropriate transformation, can be borrowed for improving land legislation of Ukraine.
