ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL STATUS OF NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE: CONCEPT AND MAINTENANCE

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to research of maintenance of administrative and legal status of the National police of Ukraine. Conceptions of general and theoretical provisions about administrative and legal status are analyzed. Author determination of concept “administrative and legal status of the National police” is offered.
