THE DEFENDER’S POWERS AT THE STAGE OF PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION IN CRIMINAL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with research of defender’s authorities at the stage of pretrial investigation in criminal process of Ukraine. Propositions as to further involvement of current system of pretrial investigation based on the analysis of foreign and national experience and scholars and experts proposals were outlined.
