Abstract
The author of the article makes an attempt to define the features of formation of particular form of representative democracy presented by Soviet chain of command in the Ukrainian SSR, as well as to analyse the constitutional and legal regulations of activity of representative parliamentary chain of command in the Soviet Ukraine.
