ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS OF CAREERS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article stipulates that the administrative law of bodyguards in Ukraine is a system of concrete measures of per- missible conduct of the body guard, which are established by the norms of administrative law for the fulfillment of certain tasks and duties with the aim of inviolability of the rights and freedoms of protected persons on the condition of lawful use of firearms and other means of protection.
