Abstract
The article investigates the peculiarities of legal regulation of service of judicial and extrajudicial documents abroad in civil procedure of Ukraine, based on research and current legislation of Ukraine. The article highlights the ways to improve the procedures for service of judicial and extrajudicial documents abroad. And also, on the basis of studies proposed addition of Article 416 of the draft amendments to the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine.
