SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF IMPROVING MECHANISM FOR THE CONSUMING OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES AND PAYMENTS FOR THOSE CITIZENS

Abstract
The article is devoted to separate issues of implementation of housing and communal services accounting in the housing stock of Ukraine. It was stated that almost all housing and communal services reform programs envisaged the introduction of such accounting tools. It has been proved that today this process has not yet become massive. Specific proposals were made on improving the mechanism of provision of housing stock by means of accounting of housing and communal services provided and the mechanism for setting tariffs for such services.
