CIVIL LEGAL PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF PLAGIARISM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of the legal nature of the relations arising in the sphere of the protection of intel- lectual property rights from plagiarism. Depending on the subject, which takes measures to detect and prevent plagiarism, and the legal consequences of such actions highlighted direct and indirect protection of intellectual property rights from plagiarism.
