THE ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT OF “RIGHTS OF LABOR”

Abstract
The article based on scientific views of scientists the theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the term “rules of labor law”. Given the structural analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine and theoretical approaches scientists formed the author’s vision of the definition of “rules of labor law”. Emphasized that in order to outline the main features of labor law, it is necessary to pay attention to them, subject; method; the level of implementation and scope; structure.
