STAGES OF COMMUNAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: PROBLEMS OF LEGISLATION AND JUDICIAL PRACTICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to questions of stages of communal property management. Positions of Programs of development of effective management the objects of communal property of territorial communities are investigated. Judicial practice is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to cases of recognition of property by a landless owner.
