PROFESSIONAL RIGHTS OF A LAWYER AND GUARANTEES OF ADVOCACY IN THE STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
In article on the basis of the analysis of the legislation of a number of the states of European Union (Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Baltic States) are considered questions of a legal regulation, ensuring realization and criminal legal protection of the professional rights of the advocate defender in the territory of countries - the youngest members of the European Union, as well as countries that are the oldest members (Spain, Italy, France and others). The decisions of the European Court of Human Rights are analyzed. The author formulates proposals, the right to improve legislation on the activities of the Institute of Advocacy in Ukraine.
