THE SECRET EXECUTION OF NOTARIAL ACTS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS VIOLATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the secrets of the notary, which is one of the important components of activities of a notary and belongs to one of the elements of the notarial procedure. The notary examines the mystery from several sides. The article considers the problems of implementation of the principle of conservation of notarial secret and attributing it to trade secrets. Make proposals for filling gaps in the protection of the notary secrets, and to improve the existing legislation on the notoriety, regulating the matter.
