HOUSE ARREST APPLICATION IN UKRAINIAN CRIMINAL PROCEEDING

Abstract
The procedure of house arrest as measure of restraint selection and application in Ukrainian criminal proceeding is considered. The concept “habitation” is analyzed in theoretical and legislative level. As a result of normative and enforcement provisions analysis the recommendations for providing validity requirements of decision about approval house arrest as measure of restraint for suspect, accused person are investigated.
