ON THE ISSUES OF NORMATIVE LEGAL REGULATION OF ARCHITECTURALACTIVITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the social relations that arise, change and cease in the field of architectural activity. The subjects of such relationships are physical, legal persons, as well as public authorities are regulated as a civil legal method of legal regulation, as well as administrative and legal. This is due to the fact that in this area there are relations as to the creation, protection of works of architecture, the conclusion and implementation of contracts, such as the protection of civil rights, for example, and the relationship between the customer and the authorized executive body for the implementation of the architectural project. To date, legislation in the field of architectural activity is characterized by imperfection of definitions, using by the legislator inaccurate, incompatible wording, which necessitates the solution of these problems by reviewing and improving the provisions of normative legal acts of Ukraine in the field under study.
