ONTOLOGICAL ISSUES OF THE TIME IN ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of some fundamental issues related to the terms in administrative legal proceedings, in particular, regarding the definition of their concept, essence and meaning. The concept of terms in administrative legal proceedings is formulated, the role and meaning of terms for the participants of the case and for the court are determined. On the basis of the conducted scientific and legal analysis, the author clarifies the essence and legal nature of the terms in administrative legal proceedings.
