PLACE AND ROLE OF “E-JUSTICE” IN PROVIDING THE CIVIL PROCEEDINGS EFFICIENCY

Abstract
The essence, features of “E-justice” and its importance for providing the civil proceedings efficiency are characterized. The main aspects and tendencies of “E-justice” are investigated according to the current legislation taking into account the analysis of its changes. The problems of implementing of the “E-justice” on the present period of its development and putting it into practice are revealed. In the paper there are also offered some ways and prospective of the e-Justice functioning development on the national level.
