CORRECTION OF DEFICIENCIES IN COURT DECISIONS, APPROVED IN CASES OF SEPARATE PROCEEDING

Abstract
The article deals with the methods and procedure of correction of deficiencies in court decisions, approved in cases of separate proceedings. It has been established that remedies for deficiencies in court decisions are: correction of omissions or arithmetic errors, the adoption of an additional court decision, clarification of a court decision. It is substantiated that in cases of separate proceeding the court can correct the deficiencies by abolishing the decision that it has approved.
