ON THE ISSUE OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND RELATED CONCEPTS: LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract
In article highlight certain issues, on the delimitation and legal regulation the concept of “emergency situations” and other related concepts. Article specifies that “emergency” and “force majeure” is widely used in various sectoral regulations acts and related to formation of an independent field of emergency situation legislation, in which a group of norms of irresistible force can make a complex institute.
