INTERNATIONAL LEGAL PROTECTION IN THE AREA OF PREVENTION OF MARINE POLLUTION

Abstract
International legal protection and control in the area of prevention of marine pollution is so important aspect of research in international sea law. But this sphere is not so developed in law. The norms are fragmented and unsystematic. Researches in this sphere weren’t done by Ukrainian scientists. The article is about analysis of international law, systematizations of International legal protection and control in the area of prevention of marine pollution. The part of the article is about analysis of regional treaties in the area of prevention of marine pollution.
