CLASSIFICATION OF CORPORATE CRIMES AND TYPES OF LIABILITY

Abstract
The article researches the types of the corporate crime and its sanctions, put on the liable legal entity. In different jurisdictions the classification of corporate criminal sanctions may vary. At the same time, the common feature for all legal systems is penalisation, as a main sanction for corporate crime, which demonstrates the most efficient result.
