RURAL DEVELOPMENT ACCORDING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION LEGISLATION

Abstract
In the article science and theoretical analys of the rural development EU legislation is indicated, since 2005, when it was made a fundamental reform of the common agricultural policy. It is stood out features in the legal regulation of the rural development relations in such phases: 1) 2007–2013 years; 2) 2014–2020 years.
