Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the legislative regulation of the procedure for conducting a surface check, a personal search and a personal review of a person, the definition of common and distinctive features of these administrative and criminal procedure measures, revealing the disadvantages of their application by the authorized bodies and making suggestions for improving their legislative regulation and application practices. .
