INVESTIGATION OF THE IDENTITY OF THE PERPETRATOR, WHEN INVESTIGATING THE INFLICTION OF BODILY HARM TO PERSONS SERVING SENTENCES IN THE FORM OF IMPRISONMENT

Abstract
The positions of the scientific articles, the author highlights the results of his own empirical research, in the form of anonymous survey to convicted persons serving a penalty of imprisonment about causing them bodily harm or torture. Using the method of comparative analysis, the author conducts a detailed description of scientific research of forensic scientists about crimes committed in the form of causing bodily harm in general and in places of deprivation of liberty in particular. The author defines and conducts a detailed description of the three main groups of criministically significant characteristics of the perpetrator’s personality, which are of particular importance, first of all, for the criminalistic characterization of causing bodily harm to persons serving penance in the form of deprivation of liberty in penal institutions of Ukraine.
