THE CONCEPT AND ESSENCE OFLEGAL AID IN THE CIVIL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article undertakes the analysis of modern scientific approaches to the nature of legal aid in the civil process of Ukraine. Special attention pays to the analysis of introduction the of doctrinal approaches to the definition of «legal aid». Based on the investigation findings the concept and features of legal aid in the civil proceedings Ukraine are presented.
