ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF GRANTING LEAVE FOR MILITARY DURING THE SPECIAL PERIOD

Abstract
The article is devoted to clarifying the content of administrative and legal regulation of social security for participants of the anti-terrorist operation, the definition social guarantees that they provided and administration issues while providing such guarantees. It also proposed ways to address these issues with regard to the legal realities.
