THE CORRELATION BETWEEN NOTIONS «SOURCE OF LAW» AND «FORM OF LAW» IN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Abstract
It is analyzed the correlation between notions «source of law» and «form of law» in the article. Main approaches for their understanding are defined. On the basis of analysis of scientific works in the field of theory of law and philosophy of law it is proposed the solution of this problem in theory of administrative law.
