TYPES OF SUPPORTING CONTRACTS OF TRANSPORT SERVICES IN CIVIL LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of types of auxiliary contracts for the provision of transport services in civil law of Ukraine. It provides a comparative analysis of the legal regulation of some auxiliary contracts for the provision of transport services in the codified act of civil law of Ukraine and certain European countries. On the basis of the study, conclusions were formulated and changes were made to the legislation of Ukraine taking into account the tendency of bringing the normative base in this sphere to the European standards.
