LEGAL FRAMEWORKS OF CYCLE OF ELECTRONIC MONEY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
An author investigates legal framework of cycle of electronic money in Ukraine and specifies that, taking into account the novelty of institute of e-cash and permanent technical updating of facilities of their transmission, legal soil of cycle of electronic money is made by Laws of Ukraine, Decision of rule of the National bank of Ukraine, explanatory letters of the National bank of Ukraine. The necessity of improvement of legal frameworks of the cycle of electronic money in Ukraine sent to becoming of e-cash as an element of the payment cashless systems.
