THE CONSTITUTIONAL VALUE OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN FORMS OF PARTICIPATIVE DEMOCRACY

Abstract
The article analyzes new types and forms of democracy. It is concluded that civil society is possible only in conjunction with the rule of law. The Constitution of Ukraine is the main source of the formation of Ukrainian civil society. The con- struction of a law-governed state is possible only on condition of observance and development of the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens.
