HISTORICAL AND THEORETICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF RELIGIOUS AND TRADITIONAL LEGAL FAMILIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the family of religious-traditional law, religious legal systems based on any doctrine, and traditional legal systems based on customary law, the concept of religious and traditional legal families, to determine their content and structure of research, to characterize the peculiarities of the functioning of religious and traditional families in the modern world, especially the structure of religious and traditional legal families.
