LEGAL STATUS OF AUTHORITIES OF THE EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY OF UKRAINE AS A PARTICULAR PUBLIC INFORMATION BODY: THEORETICAL, LEGAL AND NORMATIVE LEGAL BASIS

Abstract
The author has suggested the model for the formation of the legal status of executive power authorities of Ukraine as disposers of public information in the context of building an information society that is based on theoretical and legal, regulatory basics. The existence of administrative and legal, information and legal status of these disposers has been substantiated; and their components have been clarified. The author has provided suggestions in regard to implement necessary amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine for the normative consolidation of the legal status of executive power authorities of Ukraine as disposers of public information.
