KINDS OF MATERIAL RIGHTS ON INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY OBJECTS

Abstract
The author researches kinds of material rights on industrial property objects and their content. An issue of correlation between intellectual material rights and real property right is raised in the article. Legislative provisions and results of legal researches are analysed in the article.
