DEFINITION AND CLASSIFY PRINCIPLES OF LABOR LAW

Abstract
Article is devoted to the nature and classify of such legal category as “principles of labor law”. The approaches of vari- ous scientists to determine the category of “principles of law”. The author focuses on revealing the content of the concept of “principles of labor law” and analyses classification criteria of given principles by characterizing them.
