ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF THE LEGISLATION LAID DOWN BY THE TRADITIONAL MEDICINE (HEALING)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of administrative responsibility for violating the requirements for folk medicine (healing), establishing the peculiarities of such liability and analyzing the composition of such an administrative offense. The emphasis is on the need to improve the legal acts that establish administrative responsibility for violating the requirements for engaging in traditional medicine (healing).
