PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF INFORMATIONAL RELATIONS IN THE ACTIVITY OF BODIES OF STATE FISCAL SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines some peculiarities of legal regulation of informational relations that occur during the activity of bodies of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. The importance of informational legal relations was identified at the present stage of their development. The legal structure of informational legal relations in the tax area also was analyzed in this article. The rights and obligations of the participants of informational relations were presented. Some particularities of informational relations that occur during the activity of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine were demonstrated.
