REALIZATION OF ECONOMIC LEGAL PERSONALITY OF JOINT STOCK COMPANIES IN THE SPHERE OF ECONOMIC AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of questions of the realization of the economic legal personality of joint stock com- panies in the sphere of economic and industrial relations. In the article, the author determines the character of economi- cal-contractual relationship, research of legal nature of economic contract, features of usage it by joint stock companies in the process of realizing economic legal personality, examines the main problems associated with the implementation of economic personality of joint-stock companies in the sphere of economic and production relations.
