THE PROBLEM OF CLASSIFICATION OF LEGISLATIVE DEFECTS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL LAW)

Abstract
The article deals with the classification of defects of the criminal procedure law as the basis for their structuring in the normative regulation of criminal legal proceedings. It is noted that the role of this classification is to determine the char- acteristics of the legal nature of the legal defects, the degree of their prevalence, as well as in the formation of a unified approach to overcome the legal defects.
