USING EXPERTISE IN THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES THAT INFRINGE ON THE CULTURAL VALUES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the practical problems of application expertise in the investigation of crimes subject to attacks that are the cultural values. Analyzed the regulations governing the appointment of expertise and investigative practice, on the basis of which the author makes a proposal to optimize the structure of expert institutions, improving logistics capabilities and minimize corruption risks in conducting state examination of cultural values.
