Abstract
The purpose of the study is to establish a set of circumstances to be proved, to analyse evidence and peculiarities of their collection and use during pre-trial investigation of crimes related to the evasion of paying compulsory state insurance contributions (Article 212-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
