SOCIAL INSURANCE AS A PART OF METHOD IN SOCIAL SECURITY LAW

Abstract
The article investigates the method of legal regulation and its components. The attention to the interplay of subject and method: the method of regulation can determine the subject matter of which are industry relations established between the parties. Legal doctrine supported the existence of a single method and specified that in every area of law formed a special (special) set components method. Concluded that social security is a means of social security and therefore is an integral method in the field of social security law.
