“INVESTIGATIVE SCENE” AS AN ELEMENT OF CRIMINALISTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OBSTRUCTION OF LEGITIMATE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF JOURNALISTS

Abstract
Based on the analysis of scientific sources in criminology, the article defines and investigates typical traces as an element of forensic characteristics of obstruction of the legitimate professional activities of journalists. The typization of groups of traces characteristic of the initial stage of the investigation of crimes provided for in art. 171 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, their significance in the construction of investigative versions aimed at establishing the circumstances of a criminal offense and those who committed it.
