Abstract
The article investigates theoretical and legal justification of history periodization of the principle of the right of a nation (people) to self-determination. Reviewed range various concepts of scientists about the history periodization of the princi- ple of the right of a nation (people) to self-determination. Formed own conceptual design of the history periodization thanks to research socio-political conflicts in the historical and legal reality.
