IMPULSIVE CRIMES AND PERSON COMMITTING THEM: CRIMINOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article reveals the results of criminological analysis of some types of impulsive crimes. The socio-demographic, social-role, criminal-legal and psycho-psychiatric signs of impulsive criminals are analyzed. The author’s definition of the person of the impulsive criminal is given and his criminologically significant features are highlighted.
