ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE OF TAKING THE OATH

Abstract
The article focuses on the issue of the legislation governing procedures of taking the oath by public servants. The current legislation has been analyzed and its key characteristics have been refined. The author formulated proposals to eliminate gaps in national legislation governing procedures of taking the oath by public servants.
